Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, generate, and develop new business opportunities for industrial chemicals and lubricants across Maharashtra through field sales activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective industrial clients to ensure long-term business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct product presentations, technical demonstrations, and explain applications, benefits, and usage of industrial maintenance chemicals and lubricants.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with customers and successfully close sales to achieve assigned targets.
  • Provide basic technical guidance and after-sales support to customers regarding product performance and applications.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, market intelligence, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to management.
  • Travel extensively within Maharashtra to meet customers, expand market reach, and strengthen brand presence.
