Job Title: Digital Sales Associate (DSA)

Department:

Job Purpose

The Digital Sales Associate (DSA) is responsible for identifying and converting business opportunities by engaging with prospects from targeted audiences through digital and social media platforms. The role involves lead generation, lead nurturing, customer interaction, and closing sales by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable solutions.

  • Team Leader

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with managers and assigned team members to complete allocated tasks
  • Call, validate, nurture, and follow up with leads via phone and email
  • Identify business opportunities by researching, evaluating, and analyzing sales options
  • Make cold calls to assess lead potential and perform lead qualification
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication
  • Prepare and maintain sales reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data
  • Ensure high-quality customer service by adhering to organizational standards
  • Maintain detailed logs of learning and activities and present insights to managers
  • Track and manage leads effectively using dashboards and CRM tools

Skills, Knowledge & Competencies

Qualification & Experience

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • 24 years of relevant experience in digital sales / inside sales

Mandatory Skills

  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
  • Knowledge of Digital Media and Social Media–based selling
  • Basic understanding of sales dashboards and performance tracking
  • Strong ownership mindset with accountability for lead generation and conversion
  • Creative thinking with the ability to understand client needs and drive conversions
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in student counselling or inside sales
  • Familiarity with CRM systems
