Role Overview

The Admission Counsellor plays a critical role in achieving customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. The role involves counselling prospective students and parents, guiding them through course selection and the admission process, and closing enrollments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-ups and outbound cold calls/emails
  • Counsel students and parents regarding courses and admission processes
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable programs
  • Achieve assigned admission and revenue targets
  • Close enrollments and meet quarterly sales quotas
  • Provide one-on-one support to students throughout the application process
  • Assist students in gathering and submitting required documentation
  • Explain admission requirements, enrollment procedures, and timelines
  • Coordinate efficient handling of applications and communication with parents and applicants
  • Maintain accurate records using CRM systems

Requirements & Skills

  • Ability to empathize with students and parents and build strong relationships
  • Strong inclination to work in a target-driven sales environment
  • Proven experience in converting leads into enrollments/sales
  • Experience working with CRM tools
  • Fluency in English and Hindi (mandatory)
  • Strong listening, communication, and presentation skills
