Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Understand the companys
IT / SaaS / software products
in detail.
Prepare and maintain databases for prospects, leads, and customers.
Manage customer information and updates through the
CRM system
.
Create personalized pitches and presentations for prospective clients.
Interact with prospects and customers via
phone, email, virtual meetings, and in-person meetings
to convert leads and retain customers.
Provide product support to help customers adopt and use the software effectively.
Build strong customer relationships and understand their business needs.
Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and share realistic forecasts.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and timely customer payments.
Track competitors, understand competitive software products, and provide insights to the team.
Support management with reports, market insights, and presentations.

Requirements

1-3 years of experience in IT Sales, SaaS Sales, Software Sales, or Technology Solutions Sales.
Experience in B2B sales or handling enterprise clients is preferred.
Strong understanding of digital products, software workflows, and solution selling.
Excellent communication skills (English mandatory; Hindi/Marathi/Gujarati is a plus).
Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.
Graduate degree required; MBA preferred.
Strong analytical, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
