Role: - We are looking for an experienced, Student Counsellor who is meticulous in his/her approach. This is a full-time onsite role for a Senior Academic Counsellor based out of Pune. As a Senior Academic Counsellor, you will be responsible for providing academic counselling to students. - To understand career requirements of the students and counsel them and parents (if required) to offer subject matter expertise for specific courses of the university. - Counsel graduates and working professionals, person of all age group about our courses & handling enquiries. - Interaction with Students on regular basis. - Support the students throughout the admission process by answering their queries. - Maintain the target metrics by converting potential students into confirmed admission and succeed in achieving the performance goals. - Maintain regular communication with students for coordinating admission activities and resolving problems. - Result-orientated and able to work under pressure to achieve targets. - Excellent command of spoken and written English as well as the local language. - Strong, presentation and persuasion skills. - Report daily, weekly and monthly status. - Should be target oriented and enthusiastic towards the role Competencies: - Minimum of 1-3 years of professional experience in education counselling/recruitment. - Excellent writing and communication skills. - Strong networking and counselling skills - Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with students, colleagues and team representing diverse ethnic and cultural background. - Experience in designing and implementing academic programs. - Proven ability to solve problems and work independently - Excellent organizational, planning and time management skill Schedule: Day shift
