Business Development Executive

• Business Strategy Development: Formulate and implement strategies to drive business growth, expand the customer base, and increase market share within the aerospace consumables sector.
• Market Analysis & Research: Lead market research efforts to identify new business opportunities, emerging trends, competitor analysis, and potential clients in both domestic and international markets.
• Sales & Revenue Growth: Oversee the sales pipeline, monitor sales performance, and set targets to achieve revenue goals. Work closely with the sales team to close high-value deals.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients, distributors, and stakeholders. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Product & Service Offering Expansion: Identify opportunities for expanding the product and service portfolio in response to customer needs, market demands, and industry trends.
• Team Leadership: Lead and manage the business development team, providing guidance, mentorship, and training to ensure high performance and achievement of sales targets.
• Partnerships & Alliances: Develop strategic partnerships with industry leaders, suppliers, and other stakeholders to foster business growth and enhance product offerings.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Prepare annual business development budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure financial objectives are met.
• Compliance & AS9120 Adherence: Ensure all business development activities comply with AS9120 quality management standards, industry regulations, and company policies.
• Reporting & Performance Tracking: Provide regular updates to senior management on business development progress, sales performance, and market conditions. Analyse business development data to track performance against KPIs.
• Marketing Coordination: Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and other activities to enhance the company’s presence in the aerospace industry.
