Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive with proven knowledge and experience in Digital Marketing, Website & Mobile App Development, ERP/CRM solutions. The candidate will play a pivotal role in identifying business opportunities, generating qualified leads, client acquisition, and maintaining ongoing relationships.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and develop new business opportunities for web development, mobile apps, digital marketing, ERP, and CRM solutions.
  2. Research and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings to build a strong sales pipeline.
  3. Engage with clients via calls, emails, video meetings, and presentations to pitch services and close deals.
  4. Coordinate with technical and project teams to align proposals with client requirements.
  5. Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, quotations, and contracts.
  6. Conduct weekly and monthly performance monitoring to assess sales metrics, campaign effectiveness, and business growth.
  7. Maintain and update CRM systems with leads, follow-ups, proposals, and conversion statuses.
  8. Participate in client meetings, project briefings, and post-sales support coordination.
  9. Achieve monthly sales targets and report progress to management.


Key Skills and Qualifications:

· Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

· 2+ years of proven experience in business development or IT/software sales.

· Strong understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, SMO, Content Marketing).

· Good technical awareness of website development (PHP, WordPress, eCommerce), mobile app development (Android, iOS, Hybrid).

· Exposure to selling ERP and CRM solutions.

· Proficiency in MS Office tools and inhouse CRM systems.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

· Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making ability.

· Self-motivated and target-oriented with strong follow-up skills.
