Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and nurturing relationships with potential clients.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of market trends, and the ability to negotiate and close deals.

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and generate new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach. Develop a pipeline of potential clients and key contacts. Prospect, qualify, and close new business leads.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements. Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and explore new opportunities.
  • Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and potential opportunities. Prepare market analysis reports and business intelligence for decision-making.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement business development strategies to meet company targets and objectives. Create and deliver presentations to potential clients. Negotiate contracts and agreements in alignment with company policies.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure alignment in business development efforts. Provide feedback and insights from clients to help improve products/services.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM software. Prepare and present regular reports on sales progress and pipeline development.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in IT Sales is a plus.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and social media strategies.
  • Proficiency in Gujarati, Hindi & English is a must.
  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Skills:
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Understanding of the industry and market trends.
  • Problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • Business Development/Marketing/Sales: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

  • English (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

  • 75% (Preferred)
