Summary

We are hiring highly motivated Business Development Executive to join our dynamic startup and drive new business growth. In this role, you will be responsible for generating fresh leads and establishing new client relationships, focusing on outbound channel strategies rather than relying on existing customer data and problem solving. We are a bootstrap startup with a very limited resources, we need who brings there best experience with an entrepreneurial mindset who thrives in an independent, resourceful environment. You must have your own devices with proper internet access and take ownership of your work to help us expand our business from the ground up.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business leads through various channels, including inbound and outbound marketing efforts.
  • Generate and qualify leads through research, cold calling, networking, and social media outreach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients and partners.
  • Research market trends to stay ahead of industry shifts and customer needs.
  • Create and present tailored sales pitches to potential clients.
  • Negotiate and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and take the feedback.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align client needs with product/service offerings.
  • Participate in events, conferences, and industry meetings.

Qualifications

  • At least 2-4 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the IT sector.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of Google Ads and LinkedIn for business development.
  • Self-driven, with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Experience with CRM tools is a plus.
