Role Overview
We are seeking a driven and energetic Business Development Executive who will be responsible for driving B2B partnerships and expanding our reach in the events, venues, HoReCa, and gifting ecosystem. The ideal candidate should be a go-getter, ready to hustle, and have a strong interest in the F&B/events industry.
Key Responsibilities
1. B2B Partnerships
• Build relationships with event planners, gifting companies, and venue owners to generate leads and sales.
• Develop tie-ups for white labeling, corporate gifting, and bulk order requirements.
• Negotiate commission structures with event planners and vendors.
2. HoReCa & Corporate Sales
• Identify and onboard restaurants, hotels, caterers, and corporate clients for desserts and gifting supply.
• Drive year-round demand from corporates for cakes, hampers, and festive gifting.
3. On-field Sales & Networking
• Daily on-field visits to venues, event companies, corporate offices, and gifting houses.
• Attend industry events and exhibitions to build new contacts.
• Represent Demould professionally to expand visibility and partnerships.
4. Lead Management & Follow-ups
• Generate, qualify, and maintain a strong lead pipeline.
• Ensure timely follow-up and closure of deals.
• Maintain lead records in CRM/Excel and share weekly reports with management.
5. Revenue Growth
• Work with Sales Head to set and achieve aggressive monthly sales targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and expansion channels.
Requirements
• 0-2 years’ experience in Business Development / Sales (F&B, Events, HoReCa, or Gifting industry preferred).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong on-ground hustler mentality – comfortable with daily field visits.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Basic knowledge of CRM / lead tracking tools is a plus.
• Ready to work 6 days a week (Monday off).
Compensation
• Base Salary: ₹25,000 per month
• Incentives: Attractive, performance-based incentives on deal closures and revenue growth.
