Job Description

You will be working as a Business Development Executive at Deconook N Corners Pvt. Ltd., a luxury home dcor startup based in Delhi. Your role will involve lead generation, sales closure, and nurturing customer relationships to drive business growth. **Key Responsibilities:** - Drive sales of high-end decorative products such as sculptures, wall art, and fountains. - Identify and target new clients including interior designers, architects, luxury homeowners, and hospitality groups. - Build pipelines through lead generation, networking, inbound leads, and CRM follow-ups. - Maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals. - Conduct client consultations to understand their preferences and offer tailored interior design solutions. - Stay updated on design trends, product materials, and artisanal techniques to present products effectively. - Maintain sales activities and customer data using CRM tools. - Collaborate with designers, logistics, and after-sales teams for smooth transactions. - Share client feedback to enhance service delivery and product innovation. **Qualifications & Skills:** - Graduation in any discipline with preferred industry background in Interior Design, Architecture, Marketing, or Business. - 0-5 years of experience in luxury sales, client servicing, or business development within interior dcor. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and convincing skills. - Customer-centric approach with a strong understanding of client requirements. - Self-motivated, target-oriented, and a team player. - Basic knowledge of MS Office, CRM tools, and emails. **What We Offer:** - Performance-based incentives on successful sales. - Hands-on experience in high-ticket sales and luxury dcor solutions. - Opportunities for career growth within the company. - Exposure to the niche segment of custom dcor and premium art installations. - Mentorship from experienced team members.
