Business Development Executive Cum Personal Assitant - Female

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and tech-savvy professional to join our team in a dual-capacity role combining business development responsibilities with strategic executive support. This position is ideal for someone who leverages AI tools extensively, enjoys research and analysis, and wants to work closely with leadership on high-impact initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and pitch decks
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Support sales strategy development and implementation
• Attend business meetings and networking events

Strategic Executive Support:

• Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities alongside the reporting manager
• Support marketing campaigns, content creation, and brand positioning initiatives
• Assist in sales activities including lead generation, client follow-ups, and pipeline management
• Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, automation platforms, data analytics tools) to enhance productivity and insights
• Prepare analytical reports, presentations, and strategic recommendations
• Manage projects and cross-functional initiatives
• Coordinate high-level meetings and strategic planning sessions

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Technology, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in business development, marketing, or strategic roles
• Strong knowledge of AI tools and ability to use them extensively in daily work
• Experience with research, data analysis, and market intelligence
• Must be willing to travel domestically and internationally for business trips
• Flexible and adaptable to take on additional responsibilities as the business evolves
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and presentation abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and AI/automation tools
• Self-starter with entrepreneurial mindset
• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
