We're looking for a passionate individual (female) as Personal Assistant based at Whitefield, Bangalore. Candidate should possess excellent written (grammar, vocabulary, sentence formation, punctuation marks) and verbal skills in English.
· Assist to CEO as dealing with correspondence and phone calls
· Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager/executive
· Support for marketing and sales activities
· Organizing events and conferences
· Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines
· Preparation of presentations and giving product demos
· Managing databases and filing systems
· implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
· Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
· Collating and filing expenses
· Miscellaneous tasks which assigned, ready to do time to time.
· Proficiency English (Talk, Write & Read)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
