We are looking for a reliable Personal Assistant to support the founders with daily operations and help the business run smoothly. What you will do Manage calendars and schedule meetings across multiple time zones Book flights, hotels, and all travel logistics for the founders Coordinate with clients and partners for calls, follow ups, and project meetings Track priorities, deadlines, and weekly workflows Prepare brief notes, summaries, or follow up emails when needed Conduct light research or information gathering for ongoing projects Keep internal documents, files, and information organised Assist with small operational tasks that support the founders’ productivity What we’re looking for Excellent English communication skills Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs Experience supporting senior executives, founders, or consultants High level of discretion and trustworthiness Comfortable working remotely and managing tasks independently Confident using digital tools (Google Workspace, calendars, basic project management tools) What we offer Fully remote role with flexible working hours Opportunity to work closely with founders in a growing consulting business Stable long term role where reliability and initiative matter Competitive compensation based on experience Please apply via LinkedIn Apply and do not email the Founder Anshuman Vedi directly.
