Personal Assistant: Required for a family owned multinational automotive spare parts & tyres company based in Gandhinagar. Mandatory requirements: Fluent in English is mandatory- a test will be taken Advanced fast-typing skills Advance MS Excel skills, V Lookup, Power BI, Google Workspace etc. Internet research Role Responsibilities: * Provide administrative support to the Managing Directors, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. * Main duties will include in-house accounts maintenance and liaising with accountants office for accounts management * Liaising with international offices and contacts for organising meetings and business trips * Organising travel and other routine personal assistants tasks * Preparing invoices and overseeing payroll * Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the MD, maintaining confidentiality and discretion. * Plan meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the MD while managing schedules effectively. * Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required by the MD with accuracy and efficiency. * Travel including local and international travel will be required from time to time as part of support for Business Development Activity and candidate should be able to interact with clients and other business. Key Responsibilities Vehicle Mechanical Work Diagnose, repair, and maintain petrol and diesel vehicles. Perform routine services: oil change, filter replacement, brake service, coolant & battery check, etc. Troubleshoot and repair engine-related issues, suspension, steering, brake systems, and electrical faults. Conduct general vehicle health checks and provide recommendations to customers. Tyre Fitting & Wheel Services Fit, remove, rotate, and balance car tyres (tubeless and tube-type). Perform wheel alignment and wheel balancing using digital alignment machines. Inspect tyres for wear, damage, and irregularities and suggest suitable replacements. Repair punctures and valve issues following standard procedures. Customer Interaction & Workshop Management Explain technical issues and repair requirements in simple terms to customers.
