Job Description

Personal Assistant:

Required for a family owned multinational automotive spare parts & tyres company based in Gandhinagar.

Mandatory requirements:

Fluent in English is mandatory- a test will be taken

  • Advanced fast-typing skills
  • Advance MS Excel skills, V Lookup, Power BI, Google Workspace etc.
  • Internet research

Role Responsibilities:

* Provide administrative support to the Managing Directors, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

* Main duties will include in-house accounts maintenance and liaising with accountants office for accounts management

* Liaising with international offices and contacts for organising meetings and business trips

* Organising travel and other routine personal assistants tasks

* Preparing invoices and overseeing payroll

* Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the MD, maintaining confidentiality and discretion.

* Plan meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the MD while managing schedules effectively.

* Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required by the MD with accuracy and efficiency.

* Travel including local and international travel will be required from time to time as part of support for Business Development Activity and candidate should be able to interact with clients and other business.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Looking for a SKILLED FEMALE candidate with the following skill set

* Candidate should have excellent communication skills and presentable enough to handle Affluent profile.

* Candidate should have good presentation skills and should be aligned to work and travel globally when required.

* Candidate should have flexibility of timings and travel to domestic and overseas market as and when required.

* Candidate should have pro marketing approach.

* Candidate should have basic understanding of internet and online research and liaise with our website developers to plan promote and organize social-media marketing and networking events

* Candidate should be engaging and should be able to get into direct conversation for key meetings and set up agenda.

* Candidate should be available for travel for work as and when required and must hold valid passport and Aadhar card.

* Candidate should have experience of assisting higher profiles in the past.

Salary negotiations based on skills experience and calibre. Interviews for selected applicants will be held in mid-December with potential start date in January 2026.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
