· Identify and develop new business opportunities in the FMCG & agri-output sector.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, vendors, and corporate buyers.
· Promote Crops Nexus services to potential clients and explain the benefits of partnering with us.
· Collect market intelligence and provide feedback to the management for strategic planning.
· Support the rollout of new products, services, and distribution hubs.
· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
· Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
· Maintain accurate records of client interactions and business development activities.
· Occasionally support enrollment and engagement with women self-welfare groups for micro-vendor outreach.
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
· 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field (experience in FMCG supply chain preferred).
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Good negotiation and presentation skills.
· Willingness to travel to field locations and engage directly with farmers and vendors.
· Result-driven, proactive, and adaptable.
· Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
· Passion for agriculture, rural development, and sustainable business.
