Job Description

Field Sales Officer

door-to-door marketing, lead generation, and relationship management

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote the Crops Nexus wholesale model to potential buyers and retailers in assigned areas.
  • Meet daily and monthly sales targets through consistent field visits.
  • Develop strong relationships with shop owners, distributors, and community groups.
  • Explain product range, pricing benefits, and business advantages clearly to prospects.
  • Collect feedback and share market insights with the management team.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse and operations team to ensure timely delivery of orders.
  • Maintain sales reports, lead details, and collection records accurately.
  • Represent the company professionally in all customer interactions.

Candidate Profile

  • Graduate / Diploma in any field (preferred: Marketing / Business / Agriculture).
  • 3+ years of experience in

    FMCG / retail / agri-input / B2B

    sales preferred.
  • Should have excellent communication, convincing, and negotiation skills.
  • Must be willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
  • Should be energetic, self-motivated, and target-driven.
  • Two-wheeler with valid driving license is mandatory.
