Field Sales Officer

The Field Sales Officer will be responsible for promoting the company’s wholesale business model directly to potential buyers, including grocery stores, small retailers, hotels, and institutions.

This is a field-intensive role involving door-to-door marketing, lead generation, and relationship management to achieve assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote the Crops Nexus wholesale model to potential buyers and retailers in assigned areas.
• Meet daily and monthly sales targets through consistent field visits.
• Develop strong relationships with shop owners, distributors, and community groups.
• Explain product range, pricing benefits, and business advantages clearly to prospects.
• Collect feedback and share market insights with the management team.
• Coordinate with the warehouse and operations team to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Maintain sales reports, lead details, and collection records accurately.
• Represent the company professionally in all customer interactions.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate / Diploma in any field (preferred: Marketing / Business / Agriculture).
• 3+ years of experience in FMCG / retail / agri-input / B2B sales preferred.
• Should have excellent communication, convincing, and negotiation skills.
• Must be willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Should be energetic, self-motivated, and target-driven.
• Two-wheeler with valid driving license is mandatory.
