Remote | 1-1.5 Months | Stipend: ₹10,000 (Performance-based) Cosmoquick is a next-gen hiring platform where companies hire pre-vetted candidates in under 60 minutes. We're looking for a driven Salesperson/Onboarding Intern to help us grow our job seeker community. 🎯 What You'll Do: Onboard 800-1000 job seekers (free signups) to the platform within 1-1.5 months Conduct outreach via WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn, and calls (scripts & material provided) Track progress and report metrics weekly Ensure high-quality signups (genuine job seekers) 🧠 Who You Are: Hustler mindset with strong communication & persuasion skills Target-driven and self-motivated Fluent in Hindi and English Prior sales or outreach experience is a plus (but not required) 💰 Compensation: ₹10,000 stipend (on successful completion of the goal) Certificate + Letter of Recommendation Chance to convert to full-time if you perform well If you're someone who loves talking to people and can hustle to get things done, we want you on board! 📩 Apply by sending your resume + 2 lines on why you'd be a great fit: ayush@cosmoquick.com Show more Show less
