Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Identify and research potential clients through cold calling, LinkedIn, emails, and other channels. Generate leads and convert them into qualified opportunities. Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster long-term partnerships. Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations to prospective clients. Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to create tailored proposals. Negotiate deals and close business to meet and exceed sales targets. Maintain and update CRM tools regularly with leads, prospects, and sales progress. Represent the company in industry events, exhibitions, or webinars. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 1–4 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to generate leads and convert them into sales. Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset. Experience in IT preferred. Nice to Have: Experience working with international clients (US/UK/EU markets). Understanding of technical products (for IT/SaaS companies). Ability to create basic pitch decks or proposal documents.
