Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Sales & Business Development Executive with at least 2 years of relevant experience in IT services sales. The candidate will play a key role in identifying new opportunities, generating leads, managing client relationships, and ensuring business growth.

The ideal candidate should be fluent in English, confident in handling client interactions through calls, meetings, and presentations, and well-versed with IT services sales processes. Strong persuasion skills, experience with bidding portals, and the ability to schedule and close meetings are critical for this role.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through bidding portals (Upwork, Freelancer, etc.), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold outreach, referrals, and networking.
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in IT services (ERP/CRM, AI/ML, Automation, Web, Mobile and other digital solutions).
  • Schedule and conduct client meetings, calls, and demos, ensuring clear understanding of client requirements.
  • Prepare business proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to align service offerings with client expectations.
  • Follow up with prospects regularly, build trust, and convert leads into long-term clients.
  • Negotiate terms, close deals, and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipelines and share weekly progress reports with management.
  • Stay updated on IT industry trends, competitors, and market demand to identify growth areas.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in Sales / Business Development for IT services.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong client handling, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Prior experience with bidding portals (Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, etc.) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Good understanding of IT services such as website development, mobile applications, ERP/CRM, process automation, cloud solutions, and emerging technologies.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in international client handling (US, UK, Middle East, or Europe markets).
  • Familiarity with CRM, AI tools and sales automation platforms.
  • Strong presentation and proposal drafting skills.
