Business Development Executive


Roles & Responsibilities


  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, prospecting, and lead generation
  • Develop and submit high-quality proposals in response to RFPs, RFQs, and other bid requests
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales and marketing strategies
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends and opportunities
  • Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed to meet revenue targets


Qualifications


  • B.Tech/MCA; MBA in Business or Marketing is a plus.
  • Minimum 3 years of business development experience in IT services (apps, games, web, UI/UX).
  • Strong knowledge of tech stacks: iOS/Android, Flutter, React Native, Unity, MERN/LAMP, APIs, etc.
  • Hands-on with bidding portals, CRMs, and lead management tools. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and leadership-oriented. 
  • Must have experience working in service-based IT companies.
