BDE/BDM professionals

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new business opportunities in
IT recruitment and staffing services
.
Build and maintain strong client relationships with
corporates, MNCs, and IT firms
.
Understand client requirements, staffing needs, and provide suitable recruitment solutions.
Negotiate terms of business, agreements, and ensure timely closure of deals.
Collaborate with the
recruitment team
to ensure client satisfaction and timely delivery.
Maintain sales pipeline, reports, and achieve assigned targets (revenue & client acquisition).
Attend networking events, client meetings, and industry forums to enhance market presence.

Required Skills & Experience

5–8 years of experience in
Business Development / Client Acquisition
in
Recruitment / Staffing industry
(IT preferred).
Strong understanding of
IT skills, technologies, and hiring trends
.
Proven track record in generating business and achieving sales targets.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
