Job Description

Business Development team

outreach and in-person meetings

You will play a key role in identifying potential clients, initiating first-level discussions, and meeting corporates to present our marketing capabilities.
The ideal candidate is confident, articulate, and passionate about building relationships in the marketing and brand ecosystem.

Role & responsibilities

Identify and reach out to marketing and brand managers in target industries.
Conduct structured outreach via LinkedIn, email, and networking platforms.
Fix and attend client meetings (alongside senior management when required).
Present the companys marketing solutions and understand client requirements.
Maintain updated lead pipelines and follow-up records using CRM/Excel.

Contribute to proposal preparation and client presentations.

Preferred candidate profile

Education:
Graduate in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred for Manager role).
Experience:
02 years (Executive) / 35 years (Manager) in business development, client servicing, or marketing agency roles, Preferably dealing in B2B marketing.
Excellent communication and presentation skills (English proficiency essential).
Confident personality with strong interpersonal and networking abilities.
Professional grooming and willingness to attend client meetings regularly.
Proactive, organized, and results-driven mindset.
