Job Description

Job Summary:

HR Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management
Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and initiatives aligned with business objectives
Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture through employee engagement programs
Manage performance appraisal systems and provide guidance to line managers
Ensure internal policies
Oversee payroll, compensation, and benefits administration
Address and resolve employee grievances or disciplinary matters
Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives
Maintain accurate employee records and HR reports using HRMS tools
Act as a bridge between management and employees, ensuring smooth communication and trust

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of HR functions
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
Strategic thinking and problem-solving ability
Proficient in HRIS/HRMS systems and MS Office
Ability to handle sensitive issues with discretion and confidentiality
Leadership and team management capabilities
