Job Title: Business Development Manager US Staffing (Female Candidates Preferred) Location : Sector 62, Noida (On-Site) Shift : US EST Time Zones Experience : 25 years in US Staffing Sales or Business Development Industry : Staffing & Recruitment Job Responsibilities Identify and develop new direct clients or VMS/MSP business opportunities in the US market Build strong relationships with HR managers, procurement leads, and hiring managers Generate leads via cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, emails, and referrals Present our staffing solutions, negotiate terms, and close contracts Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs Coordinate with recruitment teams to fulfill client requirements promptly Stay updated on US staffing trends, rate cards, and competition Prepare weekly and monthly business reports for management Role & responsibilities Key Requirements Proven experience (2+ years) in US Staffing Business Development or Sales Strong understanding of contract, C2C, W2, and 1099 placements Experience working with VMS/MSP platforms (Fieldglass, Beeline, etc.) is a plus Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Comfortable working US time zones Self-motivated, result-driven, and a team player Preferred Qualifications Female candidates encouraged to apply (we are building a diverse and inclusive team) Bachelors degree in Business, HR, or related field Shift Timing 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST
