Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Sourcing & Screening: Identify potential candidates using job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn, and internal databases. Screen resumes for technical skills, experience, and work authorization (W2, GC, USC, H1B, etc.). Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate communication skills and technical fit. 2. Understanding Requirements: Work closely with account managers or clients to understand the job requirements. Clarify job details like role type (W2/full-time), skills needed, duration, and location. 3. Negotiation & Coordination: Negotiate pay rates (especially for W2 candidates) and benefits based on client budget and candidate expectations. Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates, ensuring timely communication. 4. Client & Candidate Management: Maintain relationships with clients and hiring managers. Follow up with candidates throughout the process and post-placement to ensure satisfaction and retention. 5. Documentation & Compliance: Ensure compliance with US labor laws and company policies. Collect and verify documents like work authorization, background checks, and tax forms (W-4, I-9). 6. Database & ATS Management: Update and maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate details and activity logs. 7. Reporting & Targets: Meet daily/weekly submission and placement targets. Provide regular reports to the team lead or manager on recruitment progress.
