Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Manager to lead and grow our client base across government, corporate, entertainment, and event sectors. You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and closing deals that expand BotLab’s footprint in India and globally.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in target sectors: government, tourism boards, entertainment, sports, corporates, and festivals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and event planners.
  • Prepare customized pitches, proposals, and presentations aligned with client needs and show capabilities.
  • Work closely with the creative, technical, and operations teams to develop feasible, high-impact show solutions.
  • Drive the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
  • Represent BotLab’s at trade shows, summits, and networking events.
  • Achieve and exceed revenue targets and KPIs.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • 2-4 years of proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or partnerships—preferably in events, entertainment, media, or tech-enabled experiences.
  • Strong network in event agencies, tourism boards, government departments, and large corporates is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • High energy, self-driven, and comfortable with a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
