Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Patna. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for new business development, generating leads, and managing client accounts. Day-to-day tasks include identifying business opportunities, reaching out to potential clients, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and contributing to sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate

    marketing-qualified leads (MQLs)

    and process them into new opportunities for the sales team.
  • Reach out to prospects through

    emails and calls

  • Develop and maintain the

    and ensure regular updates.
  • Conduct

    in new and emerging markets to identify business opportunities.
  • Execute

    reports on productivity, performance, and campaign effectiveness

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or lead generation (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and research abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
