We’re looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales & Growth executive to spearhead our business development initiatives and accelerate client acquisition and conversion through smart, strategic execution.

Role Summary


Bhargava Building Atelier Pvt. Ltd. (BBAPL) is a trusted name in the construction and infrastructure sector with over 40 years of experience. We offer a wide range of services including Project Management Consultancy (PMC), NABL-accredited material testing, turnkey execution, structural design and other allied engineering services.

As part of our business growth strategy, we are looking for a proactive and energetic Cold Calling & Lead Generation Executive to join our team.

Key Responsibilities


  • Conduct daily outbound cold calls to potential clients in the construction, real estate, infrastructure and industrial sectors.
  • Identify and qualify new business leads through calls, online research, and database management.
  • Schedule appointments and demos for the business development/sales team.
  • Maintain detailed records of conversations, follow-ups, and client interactions in CRM or Excel.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align on messaging and lead nurturing campaigns.
  • Understand BBAPL’s full range of services and confidently present them to potential leads.
  • Follow up on older or inactive contacts to revive interest.
  • Assist in building and updating a lead database segmented by region, project type, or service need.


Key Requirements


  • Diploma in Civil Engineering, B.Tech in Civil, or candidates from a technical background preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, cold calling, or inside sales.
  • Strong verbal communication in Hindi and English.
  • Confident, energetic, and persuasive phone presence.
  • Basic knowledge of the construction or infrastructure industry is a plus.
  • Proficient with MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
  • Must be based in Gwalior and willing to work from the office.
