Job Summary:

As a

Business Development Executive (BDE)

, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of the company. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to convert leads into customers and help establish long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential clients and new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
  • Generate leads through various channels cold calling, email campaigns, social media (LinkedIn), and industry networking.
  • Qualify leads based on interest, budget, and business needs.
  • Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects to showcase the company s services/products.
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (technical, marketing, sales) to develop proposals, quotes, and customized solutions.
  • Update and manage CRM system with accurate client information and activity logs.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation, meetings, and closures.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activity to identify new areas of growth.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
1 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or lead generation (preferably in IT or software services).
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to understand client needs and align them with technical offerings.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) and MS Office/Google Workspace.

Preferred Skills:

Prior experience in IT services, SaaS, or software development industry.
Understanding of digital technologies and the software development lifecycle.
Familiarity with international markets (US, UK, Middle East, APAC, etc.).
