Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new leads and projects in construction, infrastructure, and geotechnical sectors.- Develop and maintain strong relationships with EPC contractors, consultants, government bodies, and decision-makers.- Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs.- Coordinate with internal teams to create customized proposals and technical solutions.- Attend client meetings, site visits, and industry events to promote the companys services.- Prepare and submit technical/commercial proposals, tenders, and quotations.- Maintain CRM tools to track leads, prospects, and conversion status.- Ensure consistent follow-up and achieve business development targets.- Travel extensively to cover assigned regions.- Maintain accurate records and reports of business development activities.
