Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calls, emails, networking, and social platforms.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and strategic engagement.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients, new industry trends, and emerging opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, pitches, and proposals to prospective clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams (strategy, creative, operations) to create tailored offerings and solutions.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closure and onboarding.
• Maintain a robust pipeline and achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
• Attend industry events, exhibitions, and meetings to expand business connections.

Required Skills:

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of B2B sales cycles and client behavior.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Confident with MS Office, CRM tools, and LinkedIn-based networking.
• Ability to present ideas with clarity and impact.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• MBA/PGDM preferred but not mandatory.
• Prior experience in sales or client acquisition (agency/tech/education sectors preferred).
