Business Development Executive (BDE)

Job Title: Business Development Executive (IT - Staff Augmentation)

Experience Required: 0-8 years

Location: WFO

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

● Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking,and market research.
● Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, decision-makers, and influencers in the IT sector.● Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT staffing solutions.● Coordinate with recruitment and delivery teams to fulfill client needs effectively.● Create compelling proposals and negotiate contracts with clients.● Track and report sales activities, pipelines, and forecasts.● Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and client demands.● Attend industry events, webinars, and networking sessions to generate leads.

Key Requirements:

● 1-8 years of proven experience in business development/sales in the IT staff augmentation domain.(Freshers are encouraged to apply)
● Strong understanding of IT services, technologies, and staffing models (contract,contract-to-hire, permanent).● Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.● Ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.● Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

● Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM).
● Knowledge of US/UK/India staffing market trends (if applicable to your market).● Prior experience in handling mid-to-large enterprise clients.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
