Job Description

Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)Location: Indore (onsite)Job Type: Full-TimeExperience: 3-4 YearsIndustry: IT Key Responsibilities:Identify and qualify new business opportunities through various channels including cold calling, networking, email campaigns, and social media.Generate leads, follow up, and convert prospects into clients to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.Develop and deliver pitches and presentations to potential clients.Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and potential partnerships.Prepare and negotiate business proposals, quotations, and contracts.Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and product teams) to ensure client satisfaction and smooth onboarding.Maintain accurate records of business development activities in CRM tools. Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).3–4 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Strong negotiation and closing skills.Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office Suite.Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Ability to understand client requirements and translate them into business opportunities.
