We’re looking for a dynamic and ambitious Business Development Executive to join our growth team and help expand our client base. Key Responsibilities Identify and generate new business leads via LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calls, and networking Understand client requirements and pitch tailored solutions for software development and digital marketing services Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and quotations to potential clients Follow up with prospects, schedule meetings, and close deals to achieve monthly targets Collaborate with the technical and marketing teams to align offerings with client needs Maintain and update the CRM system regularly Build strong relationships with existing clients for upselling/cross-selling Attend industry events, webinars, and exhibitions when required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field Strong communication and negotiation skills (verbal and written) Ability to understand software and digital marketing concepts Knowledge of tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM platforms (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot), and Google Workspace Self-motivated with a results-driven approach Freshers with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply What We Offer Fixed salary + performance-based incentives Opportunity to work in a fast-paced and growing company Training and growth opportunities in B2B sales, marketing, and technology Friendly and supportive work environment Show more Show less
