Job Overview:

Digital Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:
Plan, create, schedule, and post content across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
Respond to comments, messages, and engage with followers to build community.
Monitor trends and create timely and relevant content.
Analyze performance metrics and prepare monthly reports.
Graphic Designing:
Create engaging graphics, reels, banners, posters, infographics, and social media creatives using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.
Ensure brand consistency across all visual communications.
Assist in designing marketing materials for both digital and print.
Digital Marketing Campaigns:
Assist in running Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram promotions.
Support SEO and email marketing campaigns.
Track and report campaign performance metrics.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Mass Communication, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in digital marketing and graphic design.
Proficient in tools like
Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator
(basic video editing is a plus).
Hands-on experience with platforms like
Facebook Business Suite, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google My Business
, etc.
Strong understanding of social media trends and content strategy.
Excellent communication, creativity, and time-management skills.

Preferred Skills:

Basic video editing skills (Reels/Shorts).
Knowledge of SEO and content marketing.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
