Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and strategic Business Development Executive to join our growing team .* In this role, you will be responsible for international client acquisition* and expanding our global footprint in the IT services and consulting space. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of B2B sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for developing long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and acquire new international clients through various lead generation methods including LinkedIn, cold emailing, cold calling, referrals, and partnerships.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and client segments in the US, UK, and other global markets.
  • Present and pitch company services—such as software development, web/app development, digital transformation, and IT consulting—to potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with technical and project teams to prepare customized proposals and close deals.
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline and update all activities in the CRM system.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall business growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of proven experience in international business development in the IT industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in handling clients from the US or other international markets is preferred.
  • Familiarity with IT services and understanding of the software development lifecycle.
  • Strong knowledge of tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems, email automation, and data research tools.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
