About the Role

We are looking for a Business Development Professional to drive CSR alliances, government linkages, and Skill Development partnerships across ministries, corporates, PSUs, NGOs, and institutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Build CSR & Government partnerships for skill development & social impact programs
• Identify and manage funding opportunities through Central/State schemes, PSUs & CSR
• Lead tender participation: EOI/RFP review, documentation, filing & presentations
• Develop proposals, MoUs, concept notes & organizational capability decks
• Coordinate with NGOs, universities, Sector Skill Councils & industry bodies
• Track government notifications, tenders, timelines & policy updates
• Support execution teams for training, community outreach & field initiatives
• Represent SkillCouncils.com at conferences, meetings & government forums
• Maintain CRM, partnership databases & reporting dashboards
• Travel as required for consortium meets, project visits & stakeholder engagement

Key Requirements

• Strong understanding of Skill Development ecosystem (NSDC, PMKVY, DDU-GKY, NAPS etc.)
• Experience in CSR engagement, government liaison & project proposals
• Familiarity with tender ecosystem (Gem, CPPP, State portals, EOI/RFP formats)
• Excellent communication, drafting & presentation skills
• Ability to network with ministries, PSUs, corporates, NGOs & training partners
• Preferably 2–5 years of relevant experience in BD / CSR / Development Sector

Preferred Background

• Development Studies / Social Work / Public Policy / Management / Skill Sector
• Experience in vocational education, livelihood, tribal/rural development, or skilling programs
