Job Description

Identify and generate new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and institutional solar rooftop segments. Conduct client meetings, site visits, and follow-ups to understand customer needs and suggest suitable solar solutions. Handle end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, proposal preparation, negotiation, closing, and after-sales support. Develop and maintain relationships with local influencers, contractors, and referral partners. Educate clients about government subsidies, net metering, and environmental benefits of solar. Collaborate with technical and operations teams for seamless execution of projects. Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and customer data in CRM. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
