Job Summary: As the Incubator / Startup Manager, you will be the heart of our accelerator program. You will be the primary point of contact for our startups, guiding them from ideation to execution. This role requires a blend of mentorship, program management, and community building. You will be instrumental in shaping the journey of our entrepreneurs and the overall success of the Incubate1.0 program. Key Responsibilities: Startup Onboarding & Management: Oversee the selection, onboarding, and day-to-day management of startups in the accelerator cohort. Mentorship & Support: Act as a dedicated guide for each startup, helping them define milestones, tackle challenges, and stay on track. Connect them with relevant mentors and industry experts. Program Coordination: Organize and execute key program activities, including workshops, bootcamps, networking events, and mentor sessions. Ecosystem Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with mentors, investors, industry partners, and the wider startup community. Progress Tracking: Monitor and report on the progress of each startup, providing regular updates to the FTRIC leadership team. Content Creation & Communication: Develop engaging content (blogs, social media updates, newsletters) to showcase the progress and success stories of our startups and the program.
