Junior Project Manager

Role Overview: As a Junior Project Manager at FTRIC, you will be responsible for leading a team in a fast-paced environment to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction. Your role will involve managing the team, working closely with clients, overseeing project timelines, running social media campaigns, and assisting in research and development projects. Additionally, you will be required to maintain motivation within the team, collaborate with the management team, analyze project data, and ensure smooth project operations. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the entire team and assign tasks to team members. - Interact with clients to handle project requirements. - Ensure timely completion of projects and visit clients and project sites as necessary. - Organize and conduct team meetings. - Supervise the delivery of work within specified deadlines. - Execute social media campaigns and support research and development projects. - Keep the team motivated and maintain strong relationships with staff and management. - Assist in new business activities and provide daily progress reports to management. - Monitor staff performance and follow up on project progress. - Be available 24/7 for client needs and maintain good communication with all stakeholders. Qualifications Required: - Master's degree with Project Management experience. - MBA qualification. - B.Tech degree with Project Management experience. - Immediate availability to start working.
