We have an exciting role of Jr Project Manager to drive and translate creative and contemporary ideas to solid design and impact. You will have a key role in design and deployment of creative campaigns with our global clients, including many Fortune 50 companies.

This is an exciting role and would entail you to

Owning a small to midsized client or running a Specialty team

Day to day project management of projects: updating timelines, constant communication to ensure no roadblocks to delivery

Ownership of a project from scoping/estimating to job wrap

Monitoring Estimates vs Actuals with assigned tasks - flagging scope creep to team

Development of non-complex scopes and timelines for proper resources

Handle vendor bids and begin understanding different facets of production with oversight

Manage team distro emails, Teams recordings, access to all tools, monthly team mtg management

Begin building relationships with your creative & account teams to establish trust within the IAT & Ketchum environment

This may be the right role for you if you have

5-7 years of professional experience in a similar role in an advertising agency, publishing, or design studio

Experience in leading the studio trafficking and coordination team to ensure that everything runs smoothly and be ready to help colleagues with different studio tasks when needed.

Competent in key Creative Suite programs

Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task, and a flexible, logical and proactive approach

Good analytical and numerical skills

Exposure working with international agencies and brands

Calm, professional, positive and good-humoured personality

Excellent understanding of how a brand extends across various collaterals

Ability to understand and follow established brand SOP and styles.

Working knowledge of Microsoft programs

Be proactive in keeping skills up-to-date and drive self-improvement

Prioritization, time management, attention to detail and ability to work under pressure

Have deep and working knowledge of the entire print production cycle.

Possessing the equivalent qualification. e.g., Diploma in Print Production/BA (Hons) Print Media/Diploma in Graphic Design will be an added advantage.

Fluency in oral and written English is essential

Capality to lead from the from and keep the team motivated.

Strong interpersonal skills

Have a postitive and solution driven approach.

Working knowledge of Adobe Workfront, Jira and any project management tools

Day to day:

Transitioning from handling general inbox requests to taking ownership of one-off and small ongoing client projects. In this role, you will collaborate closely with a pod or dedicated team, focusing on specific business segments and nurturing these relationships. Projects may vary widely, from analytics requests to managing ongoing content calendars. This position requires a deep understanding of managing multiple workstreams concurrently for individual clients.

Your primary focus will be establishing trust with client directors, specialized colleagues, and senior project management members. This involves demonstrating your ability to independently manage projects from inception to completion, adeptly solving challenges as they arise. Timeline building and management

Updating TASKS or Workfront dashboards (hands on keys)

Exploring finance aspects to grasp scoping, estimates, and collaborating with senior partners to ensure comprehensive resource allocation throughout each project phase. (*Needs approval from SPM or above before sharing any staff plans or estimates)
