Junior Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Junior Project Manager (Civil) with a strong background in residential and high-rise construction projects. The ideal candidate should have at least 10 years of experience with a reputed builder/developer company and must be well-versed with the Mohali–Chandigarh market, including local vendors, labour networks, and construction practices. The candidate will be responsible for overall project planning, execution, finishing, and quality control to ensure timely delivery and adherence to company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, monitor, and execute all civil, finishing, and structural activities at the project site.
  
• Ensure adherence to design drawings, specifications, and safety norms.
  
• Oversee day-to-day operations, site labour, and local vendors for smooth project execution.
  
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal departments for work scheduling.
  
• Prepare and track project timelines, budgets, and progress reports.
  
• Conduct quality inspections, audits, and finishing checks at various project stages.
  
• Manage local procurement and ensure timely availability of construction materials.
  
• Supervise manpower allocation, productivity, and safety compliance on-site.
  
• Monitor subcontractor performance and handle project-related documentation.
  
• Ensure project completion within defined timeframes and handover quality deliverables.
