We are in search of Junior Project Manager to become a part of our expanding firm. Your role would involve handling tasks such as managing client relationships, understanding their needs, E-com projects, ensuring timely delivery, and addressing any concerns that may arise. Another responsibility is to act as the main point of contact between clients and the design, creative team, copywriting team, & E-com team ensuring effective communication and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
• Understanding client preferences and needs.
• Managing and overseeing projects for E-com, Creative & Design team & Copywriting team from inception to completion.
• Coordinating with the E-com, Creative, Design & Copywriting teams to ensure projects are executed smoothly.
• Understanding client requirements and expectations for each project.
• Translating client needs into actionable project briefs for the teams
• Strategizing new campaigns and ideas for E-com.
• Monitoring project timelines and ensuring on-time delivery of services.
• Proactively addressing any potential delays and finding solutions.
• Ensuring the output aligns with client expectations and company standards as well as immediately providing feedback from clients to necessary teams.
• Conducting quality checks on work before delivery.
• Addressing any client concerns or issues promptly and effectively.
• Finding creative solutions to challenges that may arise during the project.
• Providing regular updates and progress reports to clients.
• Gathering feedback from clients post-project to assess satisfaction and areas for improvement.
• Using feedback to refine processes and enhance client experience.
• Focusing on client retention by consistently delivering value and exceptional service.
• Identifying opportunities to expand client relationships and secure repeat business.
• Can work under pressure and must be team player
• Has a knack for storytelling and a creative eye.
• Creating visually aesthetic mood-boards and stories 
• Understanding the ideation and referencing process
• Understanding beauty, skincare & luxury landscape very well
• Interest in creating campaigns that match international standards
• Communicating with clients about layout and design.
• Establish creative direction for the company within brand guidelines
• To be thorough and to have an eye for detail.

Requirement :

• 2 to 3 years of experience in the relevent role
• Should be from a content agency.

Location : Lower Parel, Mumbai

Working Days : Monday to Friday
