Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design visually engaging content for web, social media, and digital campaigns.
• Develop cohesive layouts, typography, and imagery aligned with brand and communication goals.
• Create visually appealing mood boards and stories that reflect a deep understanding of design and aesthetics.
• Translate complex ideas and briefs into compelling visual outputs.
• Collaborate with clients, copywriters, and internal teams to meet creative objectives.
• Follow a structured design process and adapt designs based on feedback.
• Stay current with design trends, tools, and industry standards.
• Ensure high visual standards and consistency across all creative assets.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative insights.
• Juggle multiple projects while meeting deadlines and managing resources.
• Perform quality checks and ensure error-free deliverables.

Requirements:

• Strong conceptual thinking and visual storytelling abilities.
• 3–5 years of hands-on design experience in a creative or agency setting.
• A portfolio that showcases a range of creative projects and demonstrates a high level of design skill.
• Excellent knowledge of design principles, especially in typography, layout, and color theory.
• Awareness of current design trends in beauty, luxury, and skincare industries.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Attention to detail and a sharp eye for visual hygiene and aesthetics.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills under tight deadlines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to take initiative, accept feedback constructively, and evolve designs accordingly.

Location : Lower Parel

Working Days : Monday to Friday
