Junior Project Manager

We’re looking for a Junior Project Manager who loves bringing structure to creativity — someone who can keep multiple moving parts aligned while learning the art and science of game production.You’ll work closely with our producers, designers, artists, and engineers to help plan, track, and deliver awesome gaming experiences for millions of players worldwide.If you’re detail-oriented, proactive, and thrive on helping teams hit their goals — you’re in the right place.

Responsibilities::

• Assist in planning, tracking, and coordinating game production tasks and milestones.
• Support Project Managers and Game Producers in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and progress tracking.
• Help maintain project documentation, schedules, and reports for internal teams and management.
• Monitor task progress and flag potential risks or bottlenecks for escalation.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between art, design, development, QA, and analytics teams.
• Support quality control by reviewing deliverables and ensuring alignment with production goals.
• Participate in post-mortem reviews and process improvement initiatives.

Work Experience :

• 1-2 years of experience in project coordination, production assistance, or related roles, preferably in the gaming or digital entertainment industry.
• Exposure to mobile or social game projects is a plus.

Desired Profile:

• Basic understanding of the game development lifecycle.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Strong communication, organization, and coordination skills.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in game production.
• Passion for games, especially social or casino genres.
