Junior Project Manager

As an experienced Junior Project Manager (Civil) with a strong background in residential and high-rise construction projects, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful completion of projects. With at least 10 years of experience in a reputed builder/developer company, your knowledge of the MohaliChandigarh market, including local vendors, labour networks, and construction practices, will be highly valuable. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the overall project planning, execution, finishing, and quality control to guarantee timely delivery and adherence to company standards. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, monitor, and execute all civil, finishing, and structural activities at the project site. - Ensure adherence to design drawings, specifications, and safety norms. - Oversee day-to-day operations, site labour, and local vendors for smooth project execution. - Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal departments for work scheduling. - Prepare and track project timelines, budgets, and progress reports. - Conduct quality inspections, audits, and finishing checks at various project stages. - Manage local procurement and ensure timely availability of construction materials. - Supervise manpower allocation, productivity, and safety compliance on-site. - Monitor subcontractor performance and handle project-related documentation. - Ensure project completion within defined timeframes and handover quality deliverables.
