Junior Project Manager

We're looking for an organized and proactive Junior Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll assist in planning, executing, and closing projects, making sure everything gets delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. You'll work closely with different teams and stakeholders to keep projects moving forward while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

• Help create detailed project plans, timelines, and figure out who needs to work on what
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to keep projects running smoothly
• Keep an eye on project progress, spot potential issues early, and help solve them
• Keep everyone in the loop with clear, timely updates
• Maintain project documentation including meeting notes, status reports, and deliverables
• Support senior project managers with daily tasks and bigger picture initiatives
• Run team meetings and make sure everyone's on the same page

What We're Looking For

• 1 to 2 years of experience in project coordination or project management
• Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple tasks without dropping the ball
• Great communication skills, both written and verbal
• Familiarity with project management methodologies like Agile, Waterfall, or Scrum
• Comfortable using tools like MS Project, Trello, Asana, Monday.com, or similar platforms
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field is preferred
• Background in design is definitely a plus. If you understand design processes and how creative teams work, you'll fit right in with our crew
